Last Updated 04/17/2004 Kelsi and I bought a wonderful house that was built in 1920 in Loveland, CO. It's obviously been remodeled a few times, for the better. The plumbing, heating, and electrical have all been updated. The house has wood floors throughout, and wonderful molding and doors. The bedrooms are quite large and open, considering the house was built in 1920. The house has a wood burning fireplace, galley kitchen, two car garage, and sits across the street from a park. The house has 5 bedrooms and 2 baths, plus it has a nice open (unfinished) basement. In the future we plan to do lots of work on the place to make it more our own.
Update: 3/28 I'm building a Deck {UPDATE: history of House} It seems that our house was once going to be broken up into apartments. One of the previous owners was going to split each of the bedrooms into separate apartments. I also learned from the former owner that the house had a small fire at some point in it's history. I also learned the windows it has on it were an upgraded option when it was constructed in 1920.
