Building a Backyard Deck

Today was a great day in the deck building process!

With Kelsi's help, I was able to get 4 posts up. I also finished up the stairs on the south side of the deck. All I need now is to install a handrail for them.

The south stairs now have risers behind them to hide the ugly pressure treated framing.

I only have 7 posts to go! WooHoo...then it's time to build the railings and install the lighting and rout out the drink holders :-)
