3/28/04 I've been mulling over some building ideas recently. I've also done a little site preparation. I have gotten estimates from some local contractors, but the price is way too high for something I can do with help in a few weekends. These are some of the things I want my deck to have: -2 stairways -strength. I want it to be able to hold a hot tub if needed. -full length decking. No joints -decking parallel to the house. I'll take some photos today to show what I've done so far. I've mainly cleared out the site where the deck is going to be...removed goatheads and associated junk from the dirt/grass. |
